The student chapter of the Universidad de Guadalajara started with the interest of a group of students of our university.
The OSA Student Chapter at Universidad de Guanajuato, México
The chapter was formed by Dr. Miguel Torres Cisneros who graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (what is now the Division of Engineering at Campus Irapuato Salamanca) of the University of Guanajuato.
